1. General provisions
These Terms (the “Terms”) govern the use of the foodtech-consulting.kz website and related services (the “Site”) provided by FoodTech-Consulting KZ (the “Company”). By using the Site you accept these Terms in full.
If you disagree with the Terms in whole or in part, please stop using the Site.
2. Subject matter
The Site provides information about consulting services in food production, food safety systems (HACCP), sanitary audits and process design, as well as access to the private FoodTech Club community.
Contractual relations for a specific project are governed by separate agreements concluded in written or electronic form. Information on the Site is not an offer — except for the “Public offer” of the FoodTech Club.
3. Registration and personal account
- Registration is open to individuals aged 18 or over and to legal entities.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- One user — one account. Sharing access with third parties is prohibited.
- Your password must meet the security requirements (at least 12 characters: letters, digits, a symbol).
- The Company may block an account that breaches these Terms.
4. Intellectual property
All materials on the Site (texts, graphics, source code, knowledge bases, document templates) are the intellectual property of the Company or are used on lawful grounds. Copying, distribution and commercial use without written permission are prohibited.
FoodTech Club members receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use club materials solely for the internal needs of their own business.
5. Liability
Information on the Site is of a general educational nature and does not replace professional advice for a specific project. Decisions taken on the basis of the Site’s general materials are the user’s responsibility.
The Company is not liable for technical failures, temporary unavailability of the Site, or the actions of third parties (payment systems, email providers and the like), to the extent permitted by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
6. Prohibited actions
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users’ data.
- Posting malicious code, spam or materials that breach the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Reverse engineering or automated scraping without permission.
- Using the Site for activities contrary to the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
7. Changes to the Terms
The Company may amend these Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email and via a banner on the Site at least 14 days before they take effect.
8. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes are resolved in the manner established by that law, at the Company’s place of business.
