1. Parties and subject matter
This document is a public offer (the “Offer”) made by FoodTech-Consulting KZ (the “Provider”) to any adult individual or legal entity (the “Client”). Its subject is access to the private information community FoodTech Club (the “Club”) on the terms set out below.
Acceptance of the Offer is the Client’s payment of the membership fee in the manner set out in this Offer. From the moment of acceptance an agreement on the terms of this Offer is deemed concluded between the parties.
2. What membership includes
- Access to the Club’s private library of video lessons, templates and checklists.
- Participation in two expert sessions per month according to the Club schedule.
- Access to the Club’s private Telegram channel.
- Continuous updates to the materials throughout the membership period.
3. Price and payment
Membership costs KZT 15,000 per month per participant, paid in advance for the month. Payment is made against an invoice issued to the Client’s sole proprietorship or company, with Kazakhstan VAT included.
Residents of Astana Hub, MOST Holding and other Kazakhstan accelerators receive the first month free (please provide supporting documentation with your application).
4. Term
The agreement runs for one calendar month from the moment of payment. It is not renewed automatically — a new payment is required to continue.
5. Refunds
Because the Client receives immediate access to the Club’s intellectual materials upon payment, no refund is made after acceptance of the Offer, save in the cases expressly provided for by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
If the Provider fails to grant access to the Club within 24 hours of payment, the Client may demand a full refund.
6. Limitation of liability
The Club’s materials are informational and advisory in nature. Applying them to a specific project is the Client’s responsibility. The Provider does not guarantee that any particular business result will be achieved.
7. Confidentiality
The Club’s materials are the intellectual property of the Provider. Sharing access with third parties and copying materials for commercial use outside the Client’s own business are prohibited. Breach of this clause is grounds for terminating the agreement without a refund.
8. Governing law
This Offer is governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes are resolved in the manner established by that law.
